Asentinel Introduces TouchFree TEM™ and Contract Control™ as Part of Asentinel 5.0 TEM Software at Gartner Symposium/ITxpo 2007

ORLANDO, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Asentinel, the global telecom expense management (TEM) provider behind the patent-pending Asentinel 5.0 software, unveiled today two enhancements to its product offering, TouchFree TEM™ and Contract Control™, from Gartner Symposium/ITxpo 2007.

TouchFree TEM will eliminate the influx of paper and CD ROM invoices for clients. All invoices will be sent directly to Asentinel, and Asentinel will upload them into the Asentinel 5.0 system. Asentinel 5.0 will provide line item detail on all invoices with the help of its exclusive Optical Invoice Recognition (OIR) ™ technology. OIR intelligently reads and maps paper invoices with near 100 percent accuracy.

Contract Control will allow customers to submit telecom contracts to Asentinel for Asentinel to populate the application templates, upload contract data and update the customer’s inventory. All invoices will then be audited against the telecom contracts, line by line, and customers will be able to keep real-time track of data.

The AJAX technology, used by software engineers for Web applications such as Google Earth and Gmail, allows Web pages to be continuously updated directly from the Web server, eliminating the need for users to manually refresh content.
