NETiKA Tech is the First Company in the World to Release Controls and Components for Microsoft (R) Silverlight (TM)

NETiKA Tech, the RIA leader of Flash development using C#, announced the release of GOA WinForms for Microsoft ® Silverlight (TM), a full range of UI controls for building professional Rich Internet Applications (RIA).

Silverlight (TM) is the Microsoft ® initiative to compete with Adobe ®'s Flash technology. While Silverlight (TM) first targets media developers and designers; it allows developers to create RIAs. However, Microsoft ®'s Silverlight (TM) platform still misses important UI controls such as textboxes, labels, buttons, dropdowns, calendars, etc. These controls are required to build professional applications.

NETiKA Tech's GOA WinForms products enable C# and VB developers to create RIAs with Microsoft ® Visual Studio, using more than 70 controls. The main advantage is that this will give developers the ability to rapidly create, test and deploy applications targeting the Silverlight (TM) platform.
