Foldera Announces Enhanced Web-Based Information Organizer and Collaboration Application

FolderaTM, Inc. (OTCBB:FDRA), the next-generation information organizer and collaboration service for small and medium sized businesses (SMBs), announced today at the Enterprise 2.0 conference that the company is in preparations for expanding its beta program with a significant software release on June 29, 2007. Following the successful implementation of the public preview beta version of Folderas product (by the same name) in March, the company will be expanding its offering to additional businesses and users while continuing to enhance its Web-based software-as-a-service application.

Foldera enables SMBs and individual users to achieve maximum productivity through file-sharing, automatic email sorting and simple online project collaboration. The new version includes features such as Ajax-rich inline windows and drag-and-drop capabilities for a seamless and simplified user experience. A proprietary, integrated search tool enables users to search across files, tasks, calendar events and emails with incomparable ease.
