WebFaction Offers New Control Panel

Web hosting provider WebFaction (webfaction.com) announced it has launched a new control panel for its hosting services. The panel offers numerous benefits for users, particularly for developers who use a range of tools in their Web site design.

The new control panel uses an intuitive Ajax (Asynchronous JavaScript and XML) interface, which simplifies the installing of applications such as Ruby on Rails, WordPress, Django and PHP, then connects them to domains. The interface enables users to configure other aspects of the account, such as managing emails, databases and using the support system, in just a few clicks.

Formerly known as Python-Hosting, WebFaction was established in 2003 and offers a range of hosting services including shared hosting and managed dedicated servers.
