Andrew Hay (Portland, Oregon) is Director of Software Development at a Microsoft Certified Partner, Pop Art. Andrew works primarily in web-based development engagements, usually in the form of ASP.NET, SQL Server and its ancillary technologies, to serve Pop Arts clients. He started his career writing in assembly language for an energy company in Chicago, Illinois. While supporting code that exceeded his age by nearly ten years, he helped the company adopt PC and web based application strategies. After several years with the energy firm, he moved into a consulting role with a Microsoft Gold Certified Partner also located in Chicago.
