solutions, has announced the acquisition of the TurboAJAX Group, a
leading provider of JavaScript components built on the Dojo Toolkit.
The TurboAJAX Group provides some of the most impressive components
available for the creation of AJAX-style web applications.
The TurboAJAX founders are key contributors to the Dojo project.
With this acquisition, ActiveGrid has agreed to be a contributor to the
Dojo Foundation with the intention of increasing its contribution to
the open source Dojo Toolkit. "We share a common vision for the
potential of Dojo and Enterprise Web 2.0", said Scott Miles, founder of
the TurboAJAX Group and core committer to the Dojo Toolkit, "In
