Vignette Delivers Next-Generation of Online Customer Experiences

Vignette announced the worldwide availability of its latest Vignette Portal release. A key component of Vignette’s Next-Generation Web solution, Vignette Portal enables many of the world’s largest organizations to maximize customer touch points and deliver a highly personalized experience in line with customers’ requirements, desires and past behaviors.

For example, the University of Utah leverages Vignette Portal to more effectively connect with its student body of nearly 30,000. Vignette provides the backbone for the my.utah.edu Web portal, enabling students to create their own personalized Web site – right down to the look and feel – complete with relevant information that can be customized and arranged according to user preferences.
