PropertySold.ca Announces Launch of New Real Estate Affiliate Program in Canada

PropertySold.ca, one of Canada's foremost For Sale By Owner real estate sites announces the launch this week of its new affiliate program, inviting thousands to take part in this burgeoning market.

With the growing popularity of the do-it-yourself home sale, PropertySold is expanding the reach of its property listings through a commission-based affiliate program.

Participants in the program earn a 50 per cent commission on each listing sold, or $25 to $75 per sale.

Real estate webmasters can select from pre-made static banners, or individualized graphics and banners with specific PropertySold listings, which then become free real estate content for websites, as well as money-earning potential.

"Our associate system is capable of delivering PropertySold real estate listing content in an attractive and customizable banner format," says Mr Lawrence.

"Webmasters who have joined our partnership program can simply copy a small javascript code snippet into their webpages to display our listings."

Even those without a website can join the program, he points out, as each associate is assigned a unique URL, which can be promoted through any media of choice. Thanks to a cookie-tracking system, sales associates also remain eligible for commissions up to one month after the buyer clicks through.

Included in the program are full statistics-tracking including impressions, click through ratio, sales, commissions owed and a detailed payment history.

PropertySold also offers a fully flexible payment scheme, allowing associates to choose from a variety of payment options, including cheque and paypal; monthly, quarterly, semi-annual or annual payment; and to set their preferred minimum payout.
