FUSION GOL and Web-based Desktop Developer StartForce Announce Exclusive Agreement for Japan

Tokyo, Japan, May 11, 2006 - FUSION GOL, the ISP division of Tokyo-based Fusion Network Services Corporation, has announced a 'business collaboration agreement for research and development' with StartForce, Inc., as the exclusive licensed reseller in Japan providing development support, application enhancement, and sales and marketing. Concurrently, FUSION GOL is pleased to announce an Alpha trial release of the StartForce web-based desktop system starting from May 11.

StartForce, a Web 2.0 based application developed by StartForce, Inc. (CA, USA), is built on latest AJAX (Asynchronous Javascript and XML) technologies, realizing the concept of a "Web-based Desktop." The Japanese alpha release not only includes the basic features of a personal computer operating system (document creation and image viewing etc.), but also comes equipped with services such as (1) file storage (2) file sharing, and (3) instant messaging capabilities.
