AuctionCloud
has beta-launched a powerful and free tool for eBay sellers and buyers.
For sellers, see what eBay users are really searching for in each
category. Take advantage of this information for drop-shipping ideas or
products to resell or simply following trends. For buyers, get ideas on
what items are hot with eBay users. Use this information for immediate
or future gift ideas or long-term investments.
As the users navigate each eBay category, popular keywords are updated
live via AJAX with no page refreshes. AuctionCloud utilizes AJAX
(xajax), Web 2.0 technologies (LightBox, Prototype), and web services
from eBay. Popular searches or popular keywords are displayed as a tag
cloud or keyword cloud. From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia, a tag
cloud is a visual depiction of content tags used on a website. More
frequently searched keywords are depicted in a larger font or otherwise
emphasized, while the displayed order is generally alphabetical. By
visualizing the keyword cloud, the user can quickly determine what
items are highly sought after.
The user can immediately get live listings from eBay displayed for the
selected keywords. Or they can search eBay from AuctionCloud and get
listings displayed quickly via AuctionCloud’s AJAX interface - all
without waiting for slow page refreshes.
AuctionCloud currently cover popular keywords from eBay USA, eBay
Motors USA, and eBay United Kingdom. In the next few weeks, it will be
expanded to eBay Australia, Canada, France, Germany, Italy, and
Switzerland.
AuctionCloud is brought to you by CE Buys, LLC. CE Buys is an Affiliate
Member of eBay USA and the eBay Developer Program. AuctionCloud is free
to use and available at http://www.auctioncloud.com
