Sysbotz released Systems Panel v2.0, an upgrade to their IT management solution accessible from your web browser. The Systems Panel software allows you to manage IT inventory, trouble tickets, knowledge base and more. In addition, with the use of AJAX, productivity gets a boost with streamlined data-entry in the new version of Systems Panel. The Interface also sports a less cluttered and simple design to enable users to learn and pick up the new features, including email integration, more quickly.

Featuring a completely re-designed easy to use interface, it will enable you to manage your technical trouble tickets all from the convenience of a web browser. It sports management features for trouble tickets, computer inventory, and technical knowledge base. Plus offers the ability to set priority / track requests and log solutions right to technical knowledge base if solution could be used in the future. In addition it features reporting with flash based charts.

Requirements

Systems Panel can be implemented along side any Intranet application currently on your network. It simply requires the Apache / MySQL / PHP software (Freely Available on the Web) installed on a Linux, Unix, Windows, or Mac server. Base Requirements are Pentium Class Machine, 32MB Ram, and 30MB Disk Space. Supported web browsers are IE5+, Opera 7+, Firefox, Mozilla 1+, and NS7+.
