Cynapse announced cyn.in, an upcoming enterprise information management web service for small, medium and large businesses. With cyn.in, organizations can effortlessly manage and collaborate upon knowledge and build a secure central repository of information and files. Teams across geographical locations can seamlessly work together on the same documents or content and discuss upon them. cyn.in is a 4th generation product and replaces Cynapse’s previous product, Amieo.

cyn.in is a Software-as-a-Service offering from Cynapse, intended to be a rapid adoption, off the shelf product for collaborative knowledge and information management.

cyn.in (pronounced: "sign-in") empowers teams, companies or communities to manage, organize, store, version, search through, collaborate & discuss upon, share and publish any kind of information or data. cyn.in will be provided as a secure, managed service, over a monthly subscription model.

cyn.in integrates Asynchronous JavaSctript and XML (AJAX) and Adobe Flex technologies, providing a super-usable system, which promises a learning curve of less than 3 hours. The cyn.in infrastructure is capable of hundreds of thousands of hosted sub-systems or sites.

cyn.in inherits its stability and scalability from its predecessor Amieo, which still hosts thousands of community and portal systems for Cynapse’s existing customers.

cyn.in is currently being tested and used live by a few select clients of Cynapse, and is scheduled to launch within the next month.
