ideAjax, a small team of consultants and web developers, has launched a website that displays the latest financial information.  The site is strictly AJAX and uses custom JavaScript code developed by ideAjax.  SaneBull.com is cleanly designed, interactive and customizable.

The website manages to look typically Web 2.0 by using lots of white space, rounded corners, drop shadows and the occasional bright pastel color.  The real value of SaneBull, however, is in its functinality.  The portal syndicates content from varous sources and displays it via a smooth rich interface. Every element can be dragged around the screen and resized, with its content updated in real time.  All the features are coded into a single web page.

From ideAjax's blog: "SaneBull started with a small inconvenience and later, an idea from Sam who was annoyed with the way Yahoo Finance was displaying stock data. He wanted to display data better. So he got together with Felix and wrote this neat web application in two days."

SaneBull may prove to be a popular online destination for people who need the latest financial quotes and news, but do not wish to be distracted by the broader scope of other RSS-syndicating sites like NetVibes.
