Today Google Pages was opened to users, who registered with the service in January and February.  It allows easy editing and publishing of webpages, using a web-based application.  In order to use Google Pages, users need a Gmail account.

The interface for creating pages is simple – it allows the user to choose out of several layouts, and several  dozens of color schemes.  Placing pictures, text, bulleted lists and hyperlinks is straightforward.  The maximum storage space per user is 100 MB.

No current signups are being accepted at this time. The company is expected to open the service to new subscriptions at a later time.
