DarkStar Communications (www.darkstarllc.com),
provider of Ventrilo, Teamspeak, Gaming, Shell, and IRCd hosting
services, has announced the release of its new Reseller Control System
(RCS). Utilizing a unique AJAX-based interface which interfaces with
DarkStar's proprietary Ventrilo API, DarkStar's resellers will be able
to instantly begin offering Ventrilo server hosting services to their
own base of customers.
Clients utilizing DarkStar's new Ventrilo reseller accounts
can offer Ventrilo hosting services from any of DarkStar point of
presence. For their customers, this translates to a turnkey solution
for a 100% automated Ventrilo company with servers in 21 different
cities, distributed in 11 different countries across America, Europe,
and East Asia / Oceania.
"Voice communications is a massive market for the modern Internet
community," said Daniel Kaczmark, a Senior Support Representative with
DarkStar Communications. "For smaller start-ups, it's unrealistic to
achieve the needed volume licensing or server infrastructure in
multiple cities- and as a leader in the Ventrilo industry; we felt it
was our obligation to help."
Although DarkStar's RCS is currently limited to Ventrilo hosting,
the next release of the Reseller Control System due out by Q3 of '07 is
expected to pull in the full scope of DarkStar's services to their
reseller services. This in turn would allow their customers to easily
include an automated Teamspeak, Gaming, Shell, and IRCd service catalog
which is full compatible with the existing proprietary Global Client
Control Center - the custom control panel that powers DarkStar's entire
catalog of services.
