Adisoft, Inc. announces its new two-priority support plan for the
Expense Submittal System (ESS). ESS is a Web-or Expense Submittal System Programmed in JavaScriptbased 'soup to nuts'
solution for expense report creation and processing. The two-priority
plan combines purchased priority support with free non-priority
support. ESS is licensed under the GNU Public License as open source.
"The new pricing makes ESS support affordable to even the smallest
companies," said Karen Chen, founder. She continued, "If a user wants
their support requests addressed right away, they can purchase a
priority support contract. Issues from users with priority support
contracts are addressed before issues from users that are requesting
free support. Contracts are based on volume and capped at $10,000 a
year for large volumes. Users willing to wait for support can take
advantage of the free support option. There is a plan for every company
and budget."
Chen continued, "We have structured costs to be
below what they are for outsourced solutions so that companies will
have an incentive to implement ESS. We have also reduced the physical
installation pain. The Expense Submittal Appliance installer takes the
work out of getting ESS up and running. If you know the URL or IP
address of your machine and you know your SMTP server's name, the
creation of your expense server takes about 3 minutes. All required
components are shipped with the installer. We've also improved the
audit, administration and professional services manuals."
ESS
is an effective alternative to commercially licensed expense reporting
systems and outsourced solutions. ESS provides report entry, approval
routing, automatic policy checking, and credit card statement
importation. A fully functional backend provides A/P and audit staff
with automatic compliance checking, G/L feeds, and a reimbursement
interface, as well as receipt management and ACH payment file creation.
Reports, maintained online, can quickly be checked for compliance to
corporate policy.
ESS is programmed in Java, Java Server Pages
(JSP), HTML and JavaScript. ESS runs under a wide variety of operating
systems, servers, and databases. Automatic installers are available for
Windows and Linux.
