Viewr.com is a new web-based company that utilizes Web 2.0 and Asynchronous JavaScript and XML (AJAX) technologies to bring together buyers,
sellers, agents and visitors on a global scale. The service will launch in August. It intends to help people around the
world to search and view real estate for sale via a
user-created database and user videos of properties.

It looks Web 2.0, alright. |
"The marketing of residential real estate is
no longer local or regional, but global through the utilization of the
Web as platform. The viewr application and database utilizing Web 2.0
and AJAX 2.0 technologies makes this possible... I call it tele-commuting for Real Estate," said Karl Lingenfelder,
CEO of Viewr Corporation.
Viewr will harness the collective net-enabled
intelligence of the user/visitor in the creation of its specialized
database. "Buyers have always been left out of the equation," said
Lingenfelder. "The buyer will be able to create a 'Buyer Listing' at
viewr.com stating what the buyer is looking for. Sellers and their
agents as well as prospective sellers will be able to search the buyer
database for a potential match."
Viewr Corporation, a Web 2.0 Company located in San Diego, is a
collaboration between Karl Lingenfelder and Arben Kryeziu of Bump
Networks located on Maui in Hawaii. The collaboration utilizes talents
and resources from around the world. Viewr is due to launch globally on
August 1st.
